Before complaining or having any query you must need to know your Aadhar card status. For knowing this you have to do the following steps:

  • Visit the official website of UIDAI portal.
  • Fill the details regarding personal information such as Name, address, Enrollment number, contact detail as well as captcha code.
  • After filling this personal information click the ‘Check status’ button.
  • Now, you will be able to know your aadhaar card status.

How to submit query related Aadhaar card

There are two procedures to file the complaint regarding any issue related to Aadhaar card

METHOD 1: Go to the website of the portal UIDAI. Now, here you will get the details of Aadhaar card service provider such as his contact number, fax number, e-mail id and postal address etc. After getting the information regarding the official service provider of aadhaar card, you can easily contact them and can ask your queries as well.

METHOD 2: Simple by this method, fill the form regarding your complaints and enquiries by just Clicking here. You will be reverted back within 24 hours via this method. To claim your complaints using this method, follow these steps:

  • Go to the UIDAI portal website.
  • Then fill the form related to the personal information like Name, enrollment ID, email id, pin code, mobile number, security code, remarks, type of complaint and many more.

NOTES TO REMEMBER:

In case you forgot your enrollment number then follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the official website of UIDAI

Step 2: Then you will get two options asking “You want to retrieve your UID or EID”. Then select the button ‘Enrollment ID’ as you want to retrieve your enrollment number.

Step 3: After the previous step, enter the personal details such as name, address, email id, mobile number which is registered on that website and the captcha code as well. Then click the button ‘Send OTP’ which in turn will send the one time password on your mobile number which is registered.

Step 4: After filling the OTP correctly, you will get the message of enrollment number that was forgotten.

This enrollment number is being used whenever we want to file any complaint regarding Aadhaar card.

Finally, after submitting your complaint, you will be given a Case ID from where you can see your complaints using this ID.
